Welcome to the Methode 4 Life (M4L) School of Consciousness and the WE CO-CREATE Platform ("Platform", "School", "We", "Us"). By accessing our website, subscribing to a membership tier, purchasing digital guides, books, or courses, or participating as a facilitator/Pillar, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service.

1. NATURE OF SERVICES (EDUCATIONAL & NAVIGATION SCOPE)

* Non-Accredited Adult Education: The Methode 4 Life School of Consciousness provides educational tools, self-awareness frameworks (such as the Spell Awareness System and M.I.R.R.O.R. Framework™), and navigation mapping for personal growth. We do not award accredited state university degrees or state-regulated clinical qualifications.

* No Medical or Psychological Advice: Platform content, courses, community discussions, and tools are for self-awareness and educational exploration only. They do not constitute medical, clinical psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment.

2. INDEPENDENT FACILITATORS & PILLAR PARTNERSHIPS

* Venue & Directory Platform: WE CO-CREATE serves as an open venue, directory, and infrastructure platform connecting independent facilitators, coaches, therapists ("Pillars"), and conscious communities.

* Independent Contractors: All Pillars, event hosts, and third-party service providers listing events, sessions, or library items on this platform operate strictly as independent contractors. They are not employees, legal partners, or agents of Methode 4 Life or WE CO-CREATE.

* Full Liability of Facilitators: 100% of financial, legal, physical, somatic, and relational liability for services provided by a Pillar or independent facilitator lies exclusively with that facilitator. The Platform accepts zero liability for individual client-facilitator interactions, private 1:1 sessions, external workshops, or disputes arising therefrom.

* Mirror-Based Therapist (MBT) Certification: The "MBT Certified" badge indicates that a facilitator has completed educational training modules in the Methode 4 Life mechanics. MBT Certification represents educational completion only. It does not transfer legal liability, employment status, or financial responsibility for the certified practitioner’s independent practice onto the School or Platform.

3. PILLAR OFFERINGS, EXCLUSIVE EVENTS & MEMBER PRICING

* Pricing & Service Autonomy: Pillars set their own pricing and maintain full ownership over their independent private practice, modalities, and external platforms.

* Member Promotional Discounts: When listing public products, courses, or events within the WE CO-CREATE directory or library that are also sold externally, Pillars agree to provide a preferred, discounted promotional rate exclusively for active Methode 4 Life School members. Both the standard rate and the preferred member rate must be transparently disclosed.

* School-Exclusive Events: Pillars may publish bespoke, member-only masterclasses, workshops, or circles. Access to these listings and special rates is strictly restricted to active subscribers of the School.

4. THE CO-CREATION CHARTER & ETHICAL STANDARDS

All members, users, and Pillar partners agree to abide by the relational ethics of the WE CO-CREATE Charter:

* Non-Possessive Stewardship: Pillars and facilitators agree not to maintain artificial client dependency. Once acute relational or personal bottlenecks are addressed, clients are encouraged toward self-sovereignty, School integration, or exploring other community resources.

* Multi-Belonging & Autonomy: Members retain complete sovereignty to participate in multiple communities, work with diverse facilitators, question dogmas, or leave any program at any time without emotional debt, shaming, or exclusion.

* Clean Disengagement: Exits and program completions must be facilitated with grace, respecting the autonomy of all participants.

5. PAYMENTS, SUBSCRIPTIONS & PLATFORM FEES

* Automated Split Processing: Payments made for Pillar events, digital products, or specialized workshops on the website may be processed via third-party split-payment infrastructure (e.g., Stripe Connect). A portion of ticket or product transactions (platform fee) is automatically retained by the Platform to cover software infrastructure, administrative maintenance, and support operations.

6. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICIES

All purchases made directly through the Methode 4 Life School are subject to the following clear refund terms:

* Digital Products (Ebooks, Guides, Digital Downloads, Library Content):

All sales of digital products, downloadable workbooks, audio files, and electronic guides are 100% non-refundable once sent, accessed, or downloaded. By completing a purchase of digital content, you explicitly acknowledge that immediate access is provided and you waive any statutory right to a cancellation or refund window.

* School Subscriptions & Membership Tiers:

Membership subscriptions auto-renew on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annual). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard to prevent future recurring charges. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Past subscription payments are strictly non-refundable, and no partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for unused days during an active cycle.

* School-Hosted Live Events & Workshops:

Tickets for fixed-date masterclasses, workshops, or online events hosted directly by the School are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend a live session, you will receive full access to the event recording (if applicable) or a credit toward a future School event, provided notice is given prior to the event start time.

* Independent Pillar Events & Services:

Transactions for events, workshops, or 1:1 sessions hosted by independent Pillars remain subject to that specific Pillar's stated individual refund policy. The School does not issue refunds for services rendered by third-party facilitators.

* Physical Products (Physical Books or Merchandise):

Physical items shipped to a customer may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of physical receipt, provided the item is returned unopened, unused, and in its original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Damaged or defective items will be replaced free of charge upon photographic proof provided within 48 hours of delivery.

7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION & PLATFORM MEDIATION

If a dispute arises between a user and a facilitator/Pillar on the platform, the following protocol applies:

* Primary Responsibility: Financial refunds, professional performance, and service complaints must first be addressed directly between the user and the independent facilitator.

* Platform Mediation (The School Level): If direct resolution fails, either party may request voluntary internal mediation by the School. The School acts solely as a neutral interpreter to deconstruct differences in perception, help restore alignment, and facilitate clean disengagement.

* Administrative Sanctions: The Platform reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, pause, or permanently revoke a Pillar’s directory listing, platform access, or MBT certification badge in the event of severe Charter violations, predatory practices, or gross misconduct.

8. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Methode 4 Life School of Consciousness, WE CO-CREATE, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or any services you deliver as an independent facilitator.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from your access to, use of, or inability to access the platform, user interactions, or services rendered by third-party facilitators.

10. GOVERNING LAW & CHANGES TO TERMS

These terms are governed by applicable global digital commerce standards. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the website or platform memberships constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement.
